Allied Control Services, Inc. has been providing instrumentation contract services since 1981 for hundreds of different manufacturers equipment, in numerous industries and applications. As a single- source service supplier, we specialize in maintenance of integrated systems comprised of equipment from manufacturers such as Foxboro, Fischer & Porter, Taylor, L&N, and many others.

Staffed For Service And Response

ACS is staffed and equipped for responsive, high quality service. Our service engineers are experienced and extensively trained in the maintenance and repair of complex industrial instrumentation. They are committed to our company goal of total customer satisfaction.

For emergency service, our Toll Free service hotline is on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a contract customer, we guarantee our emergency response time to you, in writing. As a service company, we know what the word emergency means and the effect that our response has on your productivity. When you have an emergency, we will be there.

For efficient handling of component level equipment repairs, ACS service engineers are backed by a complete Depot Repair facility and spare parts inventory for fast repair of any electronic instrumentation and circuit boards. This means that we don't have to rely on expensive and slow OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) repair services. When your equipment fails, it will be repaired and restored to service without delay. Our Depot Repair service can also generate savings for you of as much as 70% on the cost of an equivalent OEM repair.

Our service contracts are custom tailored to your individual maintenance and service needs. We work closely with you to determine exactly what level of service is best, within your maintenance budget requirements. At ACS, our goal is to provide a level of service which will ensure maximum equipment up-time, and total customer satisfaction. Equipment Maintenance Records

Detailed equipment calibration and maintenance records can be compiled for any equipment serviced under your contract. Maintenance can be documented on your choice of computerized database software or manual recording system. For customers subject to periodic QC audits, we can compile a complete record of all calibration and maintenance activity, with NIST (formerly NBS) traceability.

Spare Parts Procurement and Stocking

ACS will evaluate your equipment spare parts requirements and identify all critical and non-critical spares for procurement and stocking, to ensure maximum uptime for your production.

Supplemental Services

ACS service engineers are backed by experienced technical and engineering support personnel for assistance with special problems such as systems engineering, applications, or programming problems. Our comprehensive selection of services is structured to provide solutions to the most demanding system problems.
